车辆油液颗粒污染物随车在线监测技术研究

摘    要:为了解决车辆动力-传动装置油液颗粒污染物现场实时检测问题,针对现有光学传感器双通道检测系统存在的光强测定困难、油液颜色不均匀和光强不稳定影响测量精度的问题,提出空气通路代替油通道的油液污染物检测方案,设计车辆新型油液检测装置,对该系统进行试验研究。设计的新型油液检测系统采用双通道测量方法可消除光强变化引起的测量误差,采用空气通路作为参考通道可消除各批号颜色不同带来的测量误差,采用双光源可对因光电转换元件老化引起的测量误差进行校正。实验证明,该系统能有效监测油液颗粒污染物。

Abstract:The oil condition monitoring system with double oil channel has the disadvantages that its measure precision is influenced by heterogeneous oil color or unsteady light intensity.A new oil condition monitoring system was designed by replacing the oil channels with an air channel.The new online monitoring system can eliminate the error caused by light intensity,with air channel as reference channel,it can eliminate the error caused by different color of oil,with double light sources,it can correct the result ...
