| 摘 要： | 汽车模具是制造业的重要研究领域，随着冲压模具行业的日益成熟与发展，汽车模具的技术力量、设备配制和生产能力方面均有了很大提高，汽车的生产制作工艺也有了较大发展。由于在制造安装和调试过程中各种因素的制约使得对模具的质量的要求也越来越高。以汽车模具制造过程中经常遇到的相关侧销强度问题而展开，针对在加工制造过程中由于因侧销强度不足的隐患而进行理论论证，使得今后在模具制造过程中出现类似问题的判断时间得以缩短，同时对加工过程中的等具体问题进行了分析。

At the same time, the quality and general option get more and more strict. This paper＇s objective is to analyze the strength of side pin including the usual problem , providing a theory proof so as to control the die＇s productive cost and period. |
