摘    要:市场竞争的日趋增强激烈,要求企业经营更加深入化和细致化,提高市场资源的可控程度。而销售渠道作为汇源集团最重要的资源之一,通过整合营销手段,充分地挖掘了市场潜力;通过对分销商进行培育和支持,提高了网点的覆盖率和渗透率,从而提高了市场占有率和品牌影响力,也提高了企业的经营效率、竞争力和经营安全。

Abstract:The market competition will be more and more acute, so the operation of business must be more deeper and careful, which can raise the degree of the control to the market resource, sale channel, as an important market resource, can enhances the market share and the brand influence through intergrateing the sale channel, discovering the market potential, supporting the distribution seller and raising the Covering degree. As the head of juicy field in our country, the research on the sale channel can raise the efficiency competitive strength and operation safety of Huiyuan Group.
