红土镍矿堆浸试验

摘    要:对澳大利亚红土镍矿进行两段逆流堆浸。考察了矿样粒度、浸出液酸浓度、浸出时间、堆高对镍浸出率的影响。结果表明,使用粒度为2~8mm的矿样,一段浸出使用二段浸出液,堆浸时间16天;二段浸出使用新配置的酸液浸出一段浸出渣,酸浓度为22%,堆浸时间60~70天,整个流程镍浸出率为80.28%。

Abstract:An Australian nickel laterite ore was heap leached with the two stage countercurrent process. The effects of particle size, acid concentration, leaching time, and heap high on nickel leaching rate were investigated. The results show that the nickel leaching rate is up to 80.28% in the whole process. In the first stage, the ore with particle size of 2~8 mm is leached for 16 days with second stage leaching lixivium, and in the second stage, the first leaching residue is heap leached for 60 to 70 days with the sulfuric acid concentration of 22%.
