| 摘 要： | 采用模糊综合评判的技术,对科研质量管理中一些以模糊、定性因素为主的问题实施评判;通过对评判结果的定性准度和定量精度的分析,设计了科研质量管理综合评判软件系统.科研质量管理的实践表明,模糊综合评判软件系统具有确实的有效性和广泛的适用性.

| Abstract: | By means of fuzzy synthesis estimation technique, the details to improve precision and accuracy in results of science and technology quality management have been given. And a software system of fuzzy synthesis estimation has been built and adopted. The actual example confirms that fuzzy synthesis estimation system is effective and feasible for science and technology quality management. |
