风力机叶片气动设计与结构研究

摘    要:采用Wilson模型优化设计水平轴风力机叶片的气动外形;利用有限元软件对玻璃钢叶片在风力、重力和离心力的耦合作用下的静力学、稳定性和动力学进行仿真分析.通过对叶片额定风况下的静力学和稳定性分析,不仅能获取叶片的应力和应变分布,而且可检验叶片设计的安全性和合理性.通过叶片动力学分析,计算叶片的振动频率,判断能否避免共振,实现正常运行.

Aerodynamic Design and Structural Studies of Wind Turbine Blades
Abstract:Wilson model was adopted for optimum design of aerodynamic shape of horizontal axis wind turbine blade and the finite element software was used for simulation analysis of statics, stability and dynamics of the fiberglass blades under the coupling effects of wind power, gravity and centrifugal force. Based on static and stability analysis of the blades under rated wind conditions, not only the stress and strain distributions on the blades could be obtained, the safety and rationality in the blade design may be proven too. Through dynamic analysis of the blades and calculation of their vibration frequency it is available to estimate whether sympathetic vibration can be avoided to achieve proper operation.
