全封闭湿式多盘制动器温度场的有限元分析

摘    要:建立了全封闭湿式多盘制动器摩擦元件的有限元分析模型,针对摩擦盘产生热-机失稳现象,应用ANSYS有限元分析软件对全封闭湿式多盘制动器初始接触压力和瞬态温度场进行了分析。有限元分析结果表明,湿式多盘制动器摩擦界面上的接触压力沿摩擦盘半径方向不均匀分布,导致了输入摩擦盘的热流密度分布不均匀;在制动过程中摩擦盘沿半径方向温度梯度过大,导致全封闭湿式多盘制动器对偶摩擦盘的破坏。为提高其使用寿命,在进行制动器结构设计和摩擦材料的选择时,应考虑由热引起的弹性变形对摩擦盘压力场和温度场分布的影响。

Abstract:In this paper, the finite element model of close wet multi - disc brake is build. To aim at the thermal - elastic destabilization of the disk, the conditions of contact force between two discs and the distribution of transient temperature in the disc are analyzed using ANSYS. The results show that contact force between two discs along radial direction is not homogeneous, which result in non - uniform input heat flow density of the friction disk. The great gradient of temperature along radical direction leads to the distortion of the friction disk. It is necessary to consider the influence of contact force condition and transient temperature distribution when construction designing and material selecting.
