Image-based display of activation patterns derived from scatteredelectrodes

Presentation of electrophysiologic data, such as activation patterns, can take many forms, the most common of which are hand or machine-drawn isochronal maps. The authors present an image-based method which provides accurate matching between electrophysiologic data and the anatomic sites from which the data were derived.
