大型制造企业ERP中计划管理的研究

ERP作为一种先进的管理模式,在许多行业中得到了良好的应用。本文研究了外向型大型制造企业ERP的体系结构,结合实施经验,重点对计划管理进行了论述,包括主生产计划、保税计划、外协计划、供应科计划、进出口预排计划、独立物料需求计划、零散计划。文中给出了系统开发所涉及到的关键技术及解决方案。

Study on plan management system of ERP in large manufacturing enterprise

With comprehensive and advanced characteristics, ERP has been widely used in enter-prises. In this paper the system structure of ERP in large manufacturing enterprise wasstudied. As the core of ERP, the plan management system was discussed in detail with itssubsystems main production plan, bonded plan, contract-out plan, supply department plan,import-export plan, independent materials require plan, scattered plan. The key technolo-gies and enterprise solutions employed in the development of ERP were also submitted.
