| 摘 要： | 在数控机床中，驱动系统是实现机械部件与电气部分良好匹配的关键，也是保证数控机床稳定性、加工精度以及动态响应性能的关键。针对实际应用中的要求，分析了SIMODRIVE611系列驱动馈电模块的基本功能，通过功能框图的形式，描述控馈电模块的运行机制与电源转换。同时，分析了馈电模块的故障诊断机制以及各类故障的解决方案。

| Abstract: | In CNC machine tools, the drive system is the key part to achieve the good matching performance of mechanical and electrical parts, and also for ensuring the stability of CNC machine tools, processing accuracy and dynamic response performance. In this paper, according the applications of in-feed module, the basic functions of SIMODRIVE 611 series in-feed module is analyzed. Some functional block diagram circuits are described, when analyzed the operation control of the in-feed module. Furthermore, analyzing the fault diagnosis method of the in-feed module and giving the corresponding troubleshooting solutions. |
