超声辅助提取白背三七总黄酮

摘    要:
目的:超声辅助提取白背三七干叶、鲜叶、干茎和鲜茎中的总黄酮,探讨超声促进提取的原因。方法:用单因素试验法考察液料比、提取时间和乙醇体积分数对黄酮提取率的影响,并与常规溶剂提取法进行对比。用扫描电镜研究超声处理后白背三七叶片的结构改变。结果:超声提取最优条件为每克植物材料用30mL 70%乙醇溶液提取15min,重复提取2次;对白背三七的相同部位超声提取时,新鲜材料提取率明显高于干的植物材料。结论:超声提取白背三七总黄酮时,提取效率较高、时间短,其高效率可能来源于超声波对材料表明细胞壁的强烈损伤。
