| 摘 要： | 分析了现阶段我国制造业物流供应链管理、企业物流模型和物流信息系统的发展,得出物流模式的网络协同化趋势,指出了我国制造业的物流系统建设策略:应重视客户关系管理,将物流信息系统与电子商务进行有效嫁接,实现物流信息共享和物流作业的互动协同。

| Abstract: | Auto industry as example, the paper points out the network cooperative trend of modernlogistics based on analysis of the improvement of manufacturing logistics in SCM, corpora-tion model and information system. It brings forward the strategy of manufacturing logisticssystem that is to consider CRM, link logistics system with e-commerce effectively, shareinformation and coordinate in logistics operation. |
