| 摘 要： | 从染料的移染性、染料的凝聚等方面分析活性染料浸染工艺中，常出现染色不匀的问题。介绍了活性染料移染性的测试方法，分析了染料产生凝聚和盐析的原因，提出了采用预加碱染色工艺等改进措施。

| Abstract: | In reactive exhaust dyeing process, levelness is a common problem. Dye migration and aggregation are the main reasons for poor levelness. This paper introduces the testing method for migration of reactive dyes, reasons for dye aggregation and salting out. Pre-addition of alkali prior to dyeing is put forward to improve the levelness. |
