摘    要:
茂名热电厂5号机组6号、7号瓦轴颈损伤后,运用微弧焊接法、车削法和激光熔覆法进行修复,修复后机组轴振、瓦振、轴承温度等运行参数非常理想,轴颈修复方案取得了实效。该案例的的实践应用经验可为同类案例的处理提供借鉴参考。

Abstract:
Methods of micro-arc welding,turning and laser cladding were used to repair the damaged No.6 and No.7 bearing journal of Unit 5 in Maoming Cogeneration Power Plant.Operating parameters such as shaft vibration,bearing liner vibration and bearing temperature after the repair were satisfactory,showing that the repair plan was successful,which can supply reference to the handling of similar cases.
