Si对碳化硅纤维烧结性能的影响

摘    要:本文以Si元素为烧结助剂 ,成功地实现了SiC陶瓷纤维的液相烧结 ,并对纤维烧结体的力学性能及显微结构进行了分析。实验结果表明 ,由于Si元素的存在 ,在烧结过程中Si转变为液相 ,使碳化硅纤维的烧结温度降为 180 0℃ ,纤维的抗拉强度达到 6 0 0MPa;Si的加入量最佳值是 10 % ,而大于或小于该值时 ,纤维的抗拉强度均低于 6 0 0MPa。

Abstract:The liquid phase sintering of SiC fiber has been successfully achieved by using Si as agglutinant. The mechanical properties and microstructure of sintered SiC fibers gas been systematically studied.The results show that as the Si formed liquid phase during the sintering progress,the sintering temperature of the green fiber can be decreased to below 1800 and the tensile strength of sintered fiber is 600MPa when optimal amount of Si agglutinant is about 10%wt.The tensile strength is lower than 600MPa whether the amount of Si agglutinant is too much or less.
