摘    要:流液洞是拉丝坩埚的重要组成部分,我厂的多排孔拉丝坩埚的流液洞以前用的是刚玉砖,在拉丝作业过程中,特别是坩埚后期流液洞给拉丝作业造成了很大困难,为了提高坩埚寿命和作业率,经过认真考虑,我们用致密锆砖代替了刚玉砖,并对这两种坩埚作了认真对比,认为致密锆砖在各个性能上都超过了刚玉砖,是多排孔坩埚流液洞的理想材料。

Abstract:Flow block is an important component in a Pt-substitute crucible for drawing glass fiber.Previously,the flow block refractory used for multihole crucibles was corundum,which caused big difficulty for fiber drawing operation,especially in later lifetime of the crucible.In order to increase crucible life and productivity,dense zircon was used to substitute for corundum.The comparison between two types of refractories showed that dense zircon is superior over corundum in all properties,proving to be an ideal refractory for the flow block of multihole crucibles.
