电压无功优化控制系统在地区电网中的应用

摘    要:
介绍了地区电网电压无功优化控制系统的结构、技术特点及功能。系统针对电力系统无功优化调度分层、分区的实际特点,按分层控制结构设计,其优化算法以网损最小为目标函数,考虑电压质量、控制代价等约束条件。系统在徐州地区电网的实际应用中达到降低运行劳动强度、提高电压合格率、降低网损等效果。

Abstract:
The article introduces the structure, technical character and function of optimal reactive power and voltage control system in regional power network. In light of the actual system character that the power system optimal reactive dispatch is stratified and partioned, the system is designed according to stratified control. The algorithm considers voltage quality and control cost as constraint conditions and considers line loss minimum as target function. The system has been applied to reduce laboring intensity of dispatcher, improve the voltage qualification rate and reduce network energy loss.
