摘    要:针对风电机组输出转速稳定控制问题,提出了一种基于定量反馈理论的桨距角鲁棒控制策略.由于在随机变化风速作用下,非线性的风机模型中部分参数是变化的,提出了基于线性系统稳定性图形作为判据的定量反馈的变桨鲁棒控制器设计方法,以减弱风机模型不确定因素对输出转速的影响.结果表明,所提出的控制器对高风速区扰动风速作用下系统的输出稳定性能具有较好控制效果,并且对风电机组能量传动模型中参数不确定性具有较强的鲁棒性.

Abstract:Aiming at the problem in the stability control of output rotational speed of wind turbines, a robust control strategy for pitch angle based on quantitative feedback theory was proposed. Due to the action of random variation of wind speed, some parameters in the nonlinear wind turbine model will change. In order to reduce the influence of uncertain factors in the wind turbine model on the output rotational speed, a design method for variable pitch robust controller with quantitative feedback based on linear system stability graph was proposed. The results show that the proposed controller has a good control effect on the output stability of the system under the action of disturbance wind speed in the high wind speed region. Meanwhile, the proposed controller has strong robustness to the uncertainty of parameters in the energy transmission model of wind turbines.
