小缺口壳体母体运载复合滑块机构注塑模设计

摘    要:针对小缺口充电器外壳塑件的成型,设计了一种无顶出两板式两次开模冷热流道注塑模具。在模具中,采用单腔布局,使用热流道和移位式冷浇口浇注系统及气吹脱模等方式保证塑件表面的成型质量。塑件的脱模分外壁脱模、内壁脱模两部分进行;针对外壁,采用一种定模弹簧弹出式哈夫滑块机构实现塑件四个侧面外壁的脱模。针对内壁,采用一种复合式抽芯机构实现塑件内壁的脱模,机构采用分步抽芯脱模的办法,由1个母体运载滑块机构承载并带动5个子机构来分步实施塑件内壁和废料的脱模;5个子机构中,包含3个滑块抽芯子机构、1个滑块移动子机构和1个废料顶出子机构。机构设计结构新颖,解决了小缺口壳体塑件的注塑生产难题。

Abstract:Aimed at the forming of plastic parts of small gap charger shell,a kind of injection mold with two-plates and two times opening cold-hot-runner mold without ejection was designed.In the mold,single cavity layout was adopted,using hot runner and moving cold gate gating system and air blowing demoulding were adopted to ensure the molding quality of the plastic part surface.The demoulding of the plastic parts was divided into outer wall demoulding and inner wall demoulding,a kind of half slide block mechanism with spring ejecting was used to realize the demoulding of four side outer walls,a composite core pulling mechanism was used to demould the inner wall of the plastic part.A step-by-step core pulling demoulding method was adopted in the mechanism.One main bearing slider mechanism carried and driven five auxiliary mechanisms to demould the inner wall of plastic parts and the waste materials step by step.Among the five auxiliary mechanisms,there were three slide core pulling submechanisms,one sliding block moving sub-mechanism and one waste ejection sub-mechanism.The mechanism design and structure is novel,which solves the injection molding production problem of small gap plastic parts.
