热镀锌气刀气流特性仿真分析

摘    要:本文以某型号热镀锌气刀为研究对象,利用计算流体力学(CFD)软件Fluent研究了气刀在工作状态下的气流特性。选取刀唇纵向截面进行二维仿真计算,得到气流在刀唇部位的速度和压力分布云图。同时,建立了系统的三维流体模型,得到了带钢表面气流速度和压力分布情况,为气刀结构优化设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Taking a air knife as the research object,the flow characteristics of the air knife on work were analyzed by Fluent.2-D simulation was carried out along longitudinal section of the air knife lips.The speed and pressure distributions of flow on knife lips were obtained.At the same time,the speed and pressure distributions of flow on the face of the strip were obtained by 3-D fluid model.It was the reference for air knife optimizing in the future.
