孔型法轧制50AT轨孔型系统的选择

摘    要:介绍了50AT轨的断面形状和尺寸精度要求,分析了长腿布置在轧制线上方与长腿布置在轧制线下方两种孔型系统的优缺点,并运用MARC软件对该两种孔型系统中的梯形孔进行了变形仿真分析,发现前者轧件的弯曲和扭转均较小,因而轧制稳定,在攀钢Φ950mm生产线上进行的实际生产也证明了这一优点,因此应选用长腿布置在轧制线上方的孔型系统...

Abstract:The requirements for section shape and size precision of 50AT rail were introduced. The advantages and shortcomings of two pass systems, i.e. long leg arrangement above and below rolling llne, were analyzed. The piece deformation in trapezoidal pass Of two pass systems were simulated by MARC software, The results show that the piece bending and twisting amount are small and rolling is stable of applying long leg arrangement above rolling line. Meanwhile, the result is proved by practical production in Φ950 mm mill of Pangang.
