| 摘 要： | 介绍了双相钢、耐热钢、超级奥氏体钢、超级铁素体钢等特殊不锈钢退火酸洗工艺的特点，与普通不锈钢相比，其退火速度较低，退火温度较高，冷却段为全水冷方式，氧化铁皮预处理采用破鳞机与抛丸机相结合的方式，酸洗段预酸洗采用电解中性盐的方法，混酸酸洗段的氢氟酸浓度较高。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of annealing and pickling process for dual-phase steel,heat-resistant steel,super austenite steel,super ferrite stainless steel are introduced.Compared with ordinary stainlees steel,the annealing speed is low,annealing temperature is high,cooling section is water-cooling,iron oxide pre-treatment is used shot lasting machine with broken scale machine combination,pre-pickling is applied salt neutral electrolytic,and mixed acid pickling is employed high concentration of hydrofluoric acid. |
