摘    要:地铁屏蔽门作为城市轨道交通系统中的重要组成部分,保障其控制系统的供电是屏蔽门安全可靠运行的基本前提。根据地铁屏蔽门控制系统供电直流UPS电源模组的要求,该文首先设计基于LLC半桥谐振拓扑的DC/DC供电模块单元,能够在全负载范围内实现软开关,同时满足高转换效率及动态响应的综合指标;其次提出分段式非线性下垂控制策略,用于实现供电模组单元的自适应及自主均流,以改善均流效果与负载电压调整率之间的折中设计。给出了LLC DC/DC供电模块单元及其自主均流设计方案,制作了两台额定功率为600 W的模块电源样机,通过实验测试验证了供电模块单元及其自主均流的可行性。

Power Supply Module and Autonomous Current Sharing for Metro Platform Screen Door Control System

Abstract:Metro platform screen door is an important part of urban rail transit system. To ensure power supplying of screen door control system is an essential requirement for metro operating with safety and reliability. According to the demand of direct current uninterrupted power system (DC UPS) for the metro platform scree doors, a DC/DC power supply module based on the LLC half-bridge resonant topology is firstly designed to fulfil the soft-switching in full load range. The module has the virtues of high conversion efficiency, high power density and well regulation, etc. Secondly, a piecewise nonlinear droop control strategy is proposed to realize autonomous and adaptive current sharing between the power supply modules and thus improving the trade-off design between current sharing and output voltage regulation. The design procedure for main parameters of the LLC DC/DC power module is described, and two power modules prototypes with rated power of 600 W are built to validate the design of power modules and their autonomous current sharing performance.
