电炉烟尘量检测在除尘风机变频系统中应用的研究

摘    要:根据矿热电炉生产工艺特点分析,各工艺时段烟尘量差异较大,一般在60000 m3/h~100000 m3/h,而配套的环保除尘风机一直保持在额定功率状态下运行,不仅浪费大量的电能,而且,造成炉内热能的损失、除尘设备的使用寿命降低等诸多不利因素。为此,通过对烟尘量实施检测,实现环保除尘风机变频调速技术,不仅达到良好的除尘效果,而且,取得较好的经济效益。

Abstract:Through analyzing the process characteristics of smelting EAF,it is found that dust volumes in various stages are different,generally 60000 m3/h-100000 m3/h under rated power operation condition for dustfan,thus not only waste a great deal of electric energy,but heat loss in furnace and reduce dedusting equipments life.Therefore,frequency speed-regulating technology of dust fan on the based of dust volume detection can achieve better dust efficiency and economic benefits.
