摘    要:
基于逆向工程,为使产品模型获得良好的尺寸数据和装配精度,可应用三维激光测量仪对现有产品模型进行三维测量,运用UG软件对测量数据进行处理,得到产品横、纵截面轮廓尺寸并将其转化为CAD格式,通过相似理论确定产品模型的相似比,采用激光加工技术制作出产品模型零件并装配,达到提高制作效率的目的。

Abstract:
To make product model with good size parameters and assembly accuracy, 3D measurements for current products are established by using three-dimensional laser instrument based on reverse technology. The actual meast, red data are handled by using UG software to obtain the profile size of products cross, vertical section and translate them into CAD format, then the similarity ratio of the product frame models are determined based on acquaintance theory. Products model parts are produced and assembled each other by using laser processing technology. Practice shows that the product model can improve production efficiency.
