“一罐到底”工艺生产实践

为进一步提高企业的竞争力,降低生产成本,唐山国丰钢铁公司提出并实施了“一罐到底”的生产工艺模式.介绍了65 t铁水罐扩容至80 t的改造方案,并对改造后的铁水罐质量、重心以及吊轴强度进行了校核.扩容后,实现了铁水罐单罐装载量与转炉炼钢能力的匹配,减少机车出车次数,省去铁水二次倒罐环节,避免因倒罐引起的铁水温降、铁水损失和环境污染,创造了可观的经济效益和社会效益.

PROCESS PRACTICE OF ＂ONE-TIME POURING FOR ONE LADLE＂

To further strengthen the competitive power and reduce production cost, the production process model of ＂ one - time pouring for one ladle＂ is proposed out and carried out in Guofeng Iron and Steel Com- pany. It is introduced the plan to expand the iron ladle volume from 65 to 80 tons, and examined the mass, gravity center and hanging shaft strength of reformed iron ladle. After volume expanding, it is realized the coupling between one - ladle load of iron ladle and steelmaking power of converter, the moving times of lo- comotive reduced, the step to pour secondary hot metal is eliminated, the hot metal temperature drop, loss and environment pollution caused by ladle changeover avoided, obvious economic and social profit got.
