耐候钢窄成分控制实践

摘    要:针对耐候钢成分波动大的问题,通过数据调查,分析了影响成分稳定的因素.结合生产实际,从稳定转炉装入量、控制转炉喷溅、合金称量装置定期校验、优化合金种类、缩小合金块度等环节上提出了解决方法,实施后,实现了耐候钢窄成分有效控制.

Abstract:It is analyzed the factors to affect composition of weather resistant steel according to the data inves- tigation. Based on the production practice the solving methods are proposed in the following steps of produc- tion: stabilizing load amount for converter, controlling converter spitting, regularly verifying the alloy weig- hing device, optimizing alloy variety, shrinking alloy lumpiness and etc. After those carded out the effective control for composition of weather resistant steel is realized.
