热障涂层表面粗糙度对涂层高温性能的影响

摘    要:通过对热障涂层厚度与其表面粗糙度关系的研究,初步探讨了涂层表面粗糙度对其高温氧化性能、隔热性能和热循环性能的影响,研究表明涂层的表面粗糙度随着热障涂层厚度的增加而增大,并且随着涂层粗糙度的增加,涂层的热循环寿命先增加后减小,而其在高温氧化过程的初期,涂层重量增加迅速,氧化20h后重量增加减缓。

Abstract:The relationship between thickness and roughness of thermal barrier coatings surface is studied.The effect of surface roughness on high-temperature oxidation resistance,thermal insulation properties and thermal cycling performance is discussed.It is found that with thickness increasing surface roughness increases,and thermal cycle life first increases and then decreases.Result of High-temperature oxidation properties show that the weight of coatings increases fast in the beginning and the increasing slowing down after 20 hours.
