基于AHM的城市节水水平综合评价

摘    要:构建了城市节水评价指标体系和基于AHM的城市节水水平综合评价模型,并采用该模型研究了2005—2010年郑州市的综合节水水平。结果表明:郑州市水资源短缺,污水处理和回用率低,管网漏损严重,节水水平处于中等阶段;随着郑州市节水效率、节水管理水平和环境保护水平的提高,综合节水水平逐年提高,呈良性发展趋势。

Abstract:The evaluation index system of urban water conservation and the comprehensive evaluation model for the level of urban water-saving based on AHM were established,the integrated water-saving level of Zhengzhou City in the years 2005-2010 was studied by the above model.The results show that the water-saving level of Zhengzhou City stays in the middle stage because of the lower rate of sewage disposal and reclamation,the water shortages and the serious leak of pipe networks.With the increasing of water-saving efficiency,water-saving management level and the level of environmental protection,the integrated water-saving level of Zhengzhou City is improved year by year and developed to positive direction.
