航电枢纽财务分析若干问题探析

由于现行的航电枢纽项目财务评价方法，忽视了航电枢纽项目与一般的水利水电项目的不同，从而导致财务分析结论不能真实反映项目投资财务效益。为了探究更适合的航电枢纽财务分析方法，针对航电枢纽投资特点，对现行财务评价中的测算基础、参数选取等相关问题进行分析，提出了投资分摊、电价与立项同步审批等思路和方法。并应用于具体实例中，得出合理、有效的财务分析结论，为投资决策提供了较为准确的参考。

Problems of financial analysis of Navigation - Hydropower Junction

The current financial evaluation method of navigation-hydropower junction ignores the difference between the navigation-hydropower junction and general hydropower projects,therefore the financial benefits of the project investment cannot be truly reflected by the conclusion of financial analysis.In order to explore the financial analysis more suitable for navigation-hydropower junction,based on the investment condition,the measurement and calculation basis,parameter selection and other related issues of current financial evaluation are analyzed.The suggestions of investment allocation,synchronous approval for electricity price and the project construction and so on are put forward.In the last,more rational and effective financial analysis conclusions are obtained through the concrete examples.
