三里坪碾压混凝土拱坝混凝土温度控制设计

摘    要:三里坪拱坝最大坝高141 m,厚高比仅0.17,属薄拱坝。根据拱坝结构特点及施工工艺水平,提出了合理的混凝土温度控制标准及防裂措施,具体为:混凝土内外温差控制在16℃~18℃之间,常态混凝土取上限,RCC混凝土取下限;合理控制混凝土浇筑层厚和层间间歇时间,合理安排施工程序,通水冷却,做好混凝土表面保护。介绍了设计过程,可供同类工程参考。

Abstract:The dam of Sanliping Hydropower Station is a thin arch dam with the maximum height of 141 m and thickness-height ratio of 0.17.According to its structure features and construction technology,the reasonable temperature control standard and anti-crack measures for concrete are suggested,namely,controlling the temperature difference within the range of 16℃ and 18℃ and upper limit for normal concrete and lower limit for RCC;reasonably controlling the concrete pouring thickness and intervals of every concrete pouring;reasonably implementing construction procedure,water cooling and properly curing concrete surface.The design process is introduced,which can provide a reference for similar projects.
