摘    要:分析了渭河中下游主要控制站20世纪60年代以来的实测径流变化情况,研究了林家村、咸阳、华县断面规划要求下泄水量及非汛期低限环境流量的满足状况,以此为基础,根据调水工程规划建设年限及影响河段,分析了引红济石、引乾济石、引汉济渭调水工程实施对渭河径流及河道生态环境用水的影响。结果表明:这些调水工程实施后,渭河咸阳、临潼、华县断面非汛期分别增加流量10.9、22.9、26.0 m3/s,可保证渭河干流不断流,但咸阳断面非汛期不满足低限环境流量的情况仍有可能发生;渭河中下游河段生态亏缺水量减少3.34亿m3,较工程实施前减少30.9%,渭河河道生态水量不足的局面将得到有效改善。

Abstract:The change of the measured runoff about the main control stations of the middle and lower reaches of Weihe River since the 1960s were analyzed by the paper.It also analyzed the satisfactions of the required discharge and the non-flood season minimum environmental flow of Linjiacun,Xianyang and Huaxian sections are discussed.Based on this,and according to the planning construction durations of diversion projects and affected sections,the influences of the projects implementation to Weihe River runoff and the river ecological water were researched.The results show that: after the implementation of inter-basin water diversion projects,the non-flood season flow of Xianyang,Lintong and Huaxian sections are increased by 10.9,22.9 and 26.0 m3/s respectively,thus the continuous flow of Weihe River mainstream can be ensured,but for the Xianyang section,the flow may also lower than the non-flood season minimum environmental flow.After the implementation of the inter-basin water diversion projects,the ecological water deficit of the middle and lower reaches of Weihe River is reduced by 0.334 billion m3,30.9% less than that of before and the situation of Weihe River ecological water shortage will be effectively improved.
