采用综合性能指标的高渗透率分布式电源集群划分方法

摘    要:电源集群划分可简化电网规划、运行监视和调度控制等过程,具有广泛的工程应用基础。随着规模化可再生能源的分布式接入,配电网面临的过电压、功率倒送等问题愈发严重,传统基于单一判据的集群划分方法已难以满足配电网规划运行需求。以含高渗透率分布式可再生能源的配电网规划为应用场景,提出综合考虑结构性与功能性的集群划分方法:结构性上采用基于电气距离的模块度指标;功能性上以集群的无功平衡度及有功平衡度为指标,构建了综合性能指标体系;同时,为适应综合性能指标的计算表达,对基本遗传算法进行了改进,设计了基于网络邻接矩阵的新的染色体编码方式。以某10kV实际馈线系统为例进行了理论和算法验证,结果表明所提集群划分具有较强的电气耦合性、较好的调压能力及有功平衡程度。

Abstract:Power cluster partition can simplify the grid planning, operation monitoring and dispatching control, and has a wide range of engineering applications. Along with the distributed access of the large-scale renewable energy, the problems of over-voltage and power reverse faced by the distribution network are getting more and more severe, and traditional cluster partition method based on a single criterion has been difficult to meet the demand of distribution network planning. By taking the distribution network planning for the renewable energy with high penetration as a scene, the method for cluster partition considering structural and functional property is proposed, in which the electrical distance based modular index is used on the structural property, while on the functional property, the comprehensive performance indicator system is constructed by using the equilibrium degree of reactive power and active power as function index. Meanwhile, to adapt to the comprehensive performance indicators, the basic genetic algorithm is improved and the new chromosome encoding method based on the network adjacency matrix is adopted. A 10 kV actual feeder system is used for the theoretical and algorithm verification, which proves that the results of cluster partition have strong electric coupling, good regulation ability and the equilibrium degree of active power.
