微米金刚石负载纳米银的电化学性能

摘    要:微米金刚石拥有优异的物理化学性能。为拓展其应用领域,通过葡萄糖还原银氨溶液中的络合Ag+,在微米金刚石表面负载纳米银颗粒。通过SEM、TEM、EDS和XRD等分析手段表征复合材料的形貌、组成和结构。使用旋转圆盘电极进行实验,研究不同银负载量的微米金刚石的氧还原和析氧特性。结果显示:微米金刚石表面负载质量分数为10%的银时,氧还原反应极限电流密度是4.1mA/cm2,析氧反应的极限电流密度是27.5mA/cm2。

Abstract:Micro diamond possesses excellent physical and chemical properties.In order to expand its application field,nano silver particles were coated on the surface of micro diamond by glucose reducing complexation Ag+in silver ammonia solution. The morphology,composition and structure of composites were characterized by SEM,TEM,EDS and XRD.The properties of oxygen reduction and oxygen evolution of diamond with different content of coated Ag were studied by using rotating disk electrodes.Resultsshow that the limiting current density of oxygen reduction reaction is 4.1mA/cm2,while the limiting current density of oxygen evolution reaction is 27.5 mA/cm2 when the silver mass fraction is 10%.
