进口SO_2鼓风机十四年后的修复再利用

二氧化硫鼓风机是冶炼烟气制酸工艺流程中至关重要的设备,它的性能直接决定了整个工艺流程正常运行与否和参数指标的好坏。使用了14年的德国KKK公司制造的SEL-16A二氧化硫鼓风机通过改造修复后移位成功地实现了再利用,重点介绍了设备的移机、改造修复、试运行以及成本的优化控制。从源头上找出了鼓风机的问题症结,逐一对从设备的拆除、移位保养、以及对该设备的冷却水系统改造、安装维护维修等方面存在的问题进行排解和修复改造,最后该风机成功应用在新建35万t/a硫酸系统中。这次成功的修旧利废为35万t/a新工艺系统节约了大量的设备投资,同时大大改善了该鼓风机的运行参数指标,符合环保、低碳、低成本的要求。

The Repairing and Recovering of an Imported Blower of Sulfur Dioxide after 14 Years’ Service

SO2 blower is the crucial equipment of producing sulfur acid with smelting gas. And its performance determines the whole process runs normally or not and indexes of the parameters are good or not. This article introduces an SEL - 16A SO2 blower manufactured by German KKK company was repaired and recovered successfully after 14 years service by transformation and displa- cing, which puts highlight in the equipment relocation, alteration, repairing, the trial operation and cost controlling. The causes of the problems exiting in the blower were found, then solved them one by one by means of dismantling, shift maintenance, as well as the transformation of the equipment cooling water system, installation maintenance repairing and other aspects. Finally the blower were suc- cessfully applied in a new 350 k tons/a sulfuric acid system, and played a key role in the process. Thus a lot of equipment investment was saved for the new 350 k tons/a process system. And the operation parameters of the blower are much improved in a way which con- forms to the requirement of low - carbon, energy saving and environmental protection.
