| 摘 要： | 利用CCD激光传感器对胎面(侧)挤出断面轮廓厚度进行测量,显示胎面(侧)各点厚度值,并与标准值进行比较,显示其厚度差值,为生产和技术判定提供检测依据.同时,在该系统上我们利用CCD智能宽度测量系统,检测胎面(侧)宽度,并与标准值进行比较,对联动线收缩辊道进行速度控制.
