摘    要:转换开关是工业生产自动流水线上机械手中的运动转换装置,克隆该产品需要解决多方面的技术问题才能实现。转换开关孔的精度和几何精度要求,甚至超过了金属机械加工件。如何控制克隆转换开关的变形、微缩痕和银纹等缺陷,就成为了克隆转换开关首先要面对课题。先后采用物理、化学和光谱分析方法,确定了进口转换开关的主要成份后。又通过不断试用不同的填充剂,最终确定选用30%的微珠玻璃聚碳酸脂取代进口转换开关材料,这便解决了产品变形和色泽的问题。以选用适当的注塑机和注射参数,解决了微缩痕的问题。烘料解决了银纹的问题,而后处理解决了内应力的问题。至此,转换开关的克隆加工便取得了重大的进展。

Abstract:The transfer switch is the motion transfer device of manipulator in the automatic industrial production line,and cloning the product needs to solve many technical problems.The accuracy and geometric accuracy of the transfer switch hole even exceeds that of the metal machined parts.How to control the defects such as deformation,micro shrinkage and craze has become the first task of clonal transfer switch.Physical,chemical and spectral analysis methods are used to determine the main components of the imported transfer switch.Through continuous trial of different fillers,30%glass bead polycarbonate is finally selected to replace the imported transfer switch material,which solved the problems of product deformation and color.The problem of micro shrinkage mark is solved by selecting appropriate injection molding machine and injection parameters.The problem of craze is solved by baking material,and the problem of internal stress is solved by post-treatment.So far,great progress has been made in the cloning of transfer switches.
