轮胎分解造粉装备智能制造系统的研究及应用

摘    要:随着国内汽车保有量正在逐年递增,对于轮胎的消耗也越来越大,如何处理废旧轮胎,实现资源的再利用,避免环境污染是当前社会面临的问题。本文提出利用废旧轮胎的分解造粉装置,研发出一套轮胎分解造粉智能制造系统,实现废旧轮胎的循环利用。该智能制造系统可实时监控设备生产状态,采集关键参数,故障报警,数据统计,报表查询,对企业制造全过程进行管理,降低成本,提高生产效率。

Abstract:As the domestic car ownership is increasing year by year,the consumption of tires is also increasing.How to deal with waste tires,realize the reuse of resources,and avoid environmental pollution is a problem facing society.This paper proposes the use of waste tires'decomposition and powder making device to develop a set of tire decomposition and powder making intelligent manufacturing system to realize the recycling of waste tires.The intelligent manufacturing system can monitor the production status of the equipment in real time,collect key parameters,fault alarms,data statistics,report query,and manage the entire manufacturing process of the enterprise,reduce costs and improve production efficiency.
