高中生主动性人格与职业生涯规划水平的关系:择业自我效能感和生涯适应力的作用

摘    要:目的随着生涯规划的普及,生涯教育的需求也逐渐提前,基于社会认知职业理论(SCCT),文本探索了高中生生涯适应力、择业自我效能感在主动性人格和职业生涯规划水平间的作用机制及其性别和家庭社会经济地位(SES)对其的影响。方法本研究使用spss17.0和mplus7.0对810名高中生的问卷调查结果进行统计分析。结果(1)高社会经济地位(Socialec onomic Status SES)的高中生职业生涯规划水平显著高于低SES的高中生,男生择业效能感高于女生(边缘显著)。(2)假设模型中3条中介路径系数均显著,且生涯适应力对主动性人格与职业生涯规划水平假设模型的拟合指数最好。(3)女生的择业效能感能显著正向预测职业生涯规划水平,男生群体中两变量关系不显著。(4)相比中低SES的高中生,主动性人格更能正向预测高SES的高中生的生涯适应力。结论(1)生涯适应力和择业自我效能感在主动性人格与职业生涯规划水平的关系中起完全中介的作用。(2)性别与SES在假设模型中的部分路径起到调节作用。

Abstract:Objective With the popularization of career planning,the demand for career education has gradually advanced.Based on Social Cognitive Career Theory(SCCT),this study explores the mechanism of senior high school students'career adaptability and career decision self-efficacy between proactive personality and career planning level,and the effects of gender and family socioeconomic status(SES)on the mechanism.Methods This study used SPSS17.0 and mplus7.0 to statistically analyze the results of the questionnaire survey of 810 high school students.Results(1)Senior high school students with high SES had significantly higher career planning level than those with low SES,and male students had higher job-hunting efficacy than female students(marginal significance).(2)The coefficients of the three mediating paths in the hypothetical model were all significant,and the fitting index of career adaptability to the proactive personality and career planning was the best.(3)Female students'career decision self-efficacy can positively predict the level of career planning,while the relationship between the two variables in male students was not significant.(4)Compared with high school students with low and medium SES,proactive personality can positively predict the career adaptability of high school students with high SES.Conclusion(1)Career adaptability and career decision self-efficacy play a completely mediating role in the relationship between proactive personality and career planning level.(2)Gender and SES play a moderating role in some paths of the hypothetical model.
