摘    要:在分析了转炉连杆连接装置结构特点的基础上,对其进行了受力分析,确定了托圈和转炉相互作用力的大小和方向,并利用该结论研究了转炉工作时的极限工况,从而为转炉、托圈、连杆等连杆连接装置零部件的强度计算、总体结构设计提供了可靠的依据。

Abstract:In this paper,it is elaborated the force analysis on connecting gear for connecting rod of converter based on analyzing its structural features.Moreover,the limiting working conditions of converter are studied according to the size and direction of interaction force between backing ring and converter,which provide reliable evidences for strength calculations of components and parts such as converter,backing ring,and connecting rod,etc.,as well as the general structural design.
