透明多孔聚合物凝胶的微乳液合成研究

摘    要:对甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)-丙烯酸丁酯(BA)进行反相及双连续相微乳液共聚合,结果表明,以丙烯酸取代正戊醇作为助乳化剂可以得到透明的聚合物凝胶,其中水相质量分数为20%和40%的微乳液,稳定聚合所要求的丙烯酸/油相最小质量比分别为0 75和0 91。而且,研究发现KMnO4-H2C2O4是双连续微乳液聚合的高效引发体系,反相微乳液聚合则可采用偶氮二异丁睛(AIBN)等油溶性引发剂。ESEM的观测表明,反相微乳液聚合所得透明聚合物凝胶具有闭孔结构,双连续微乳液聚合则得到开孔结构的透明聚合物凝胶。

Study on Preparation of Transparent Microporous Polymer Gels from Microemulsion Polymerization
Abstract:Polymerization in inverse and bicontinuous microemulsions containing methyl methacrylate and butyl acrylate was studied.Transparent polymer gels could be obtained from microemulsion polymerization with acrylic acid as cosurfactant rather than n-pentanol.Minimum mass ratio of acrylic acid to acrylates required in initial microemulsions containing 20% and 40% aqueous phase were 075 and 091,respectively.KMnO4-H2C2O4 was efficient to initiate bicontinuous microemulsion polymerization and transparent porous polymer gels could be formed quite fast under proper conditions.Ordinary oil-soluble initiator such as AIBN(2,2-azo-bis-iso-butyrnitrile)could be adopted in inverse microemulsion polymerization.According to ESEM examination,polymer gels obtained from inverse microemulsion polymerization exhibited a close-cell microstructure,while those from bicontinuous microemulsion polymerization showed an open-cell microstructure.
