钢铁企业老厂改扩建总平面设计

目前,我国钢铁行业处于转型升级关键时期。钢铁企业利用市场倒逼机制加快了淘汰落后产能和提升产品质量的步伐,改扩建需求不断增大。改扩建既是老厂可持续发展的内在需求,也是产业结构调整的外在要求。由于老厂改扩建条件特殊,总平面设计难度大,笔者认为有必要对老厂改扩建总平面设计进行归纳和总结,为类似工程提供参考。
