摘    要:15-5PH马氏体不锈钢,经过多元渗氮形成α—Fe的饱和固溶体和氮化络合物,其表面硬度高达60HRC,耐磨性能大为提高,但耐腐蚀性不强。钝化处理就是通过化学过程在材料表面形成一层氧化膜,提高其耐环境腐蚀的能力。多元渗氮后15-5PH材料表面成分中的活性铬被氮化铬取代,给钝化处理带来困难。本文就15-5PH材料多元渗氮后钝化处理的工艺方法进行验证。

Abstract:Martensitic stainless steel 15-SPH has the surface hardness of up to 60 HRC and much higher wear resistance, but lower corrosion resistance after multi-nitriding and formation of α-Fe saturated solid solution and the nitride complex. Passivation is formation of oxide film on the surface of material through chemical processes in the layer, to improve its corrosion-resistant against environment. The active ingredient chromium is replaced by CrN in the surface layer of 15-SPH steel after multiple nitriding, and passivation treatment is difficult. In this paper, the passivation treatment process is verified after multiple nitriding for 15-SPH stainless steel.
