摘    要:
按照GB/T 23344—2009方法对纺织品中4-氨基偶氮苯检测的不确定度进行了分析和评定。通过对不确定度来源的分析、量化,合成了不确定度。结果表明本次试验条件下产生不确定度的最大影响因素为过程随机效应和标准储备液的配制,并提出增加平行试验次数和配制较高浓度的标准储备液来降低总不确定度,为精确测量纺织品中4-氨基偶氮苯含量提供参考依据。

Abstract:
According to the standard of GB/T 23344-2009,this thesis determines the 4-AAB in the textiles and evaluates the uncertainty.Based on analysis and quantity of uncertainty source,the uncertainty is combined.In accordance with the results,the biggest factors leading to the uncertainty in the condition of this experiment are random effects and the preparation of standard solutions.It proposes that increasing the parallel test numbers and disposing a higher concentration of standard solution can reduce the total uncertainty,which provides reference for accurate measurement of the 4-AAB content in the textiles.
