探测器壳体注塑模具型腔壁厚设计及静刚度有限元分析

摘    要:针对探测器壳体注塑模具型腔侧壁厚进行设计计算,并基于ANSYS有限元分析软件对该模具型腔进行静刚度分析,得到模具型腔的应力.应变云图,直观展现了模具型腔各个部位应力分布和应变情况,找到了模具型腔刚度薄弱环节以及应力集中的部位,为模具型腔结构尺寸优化设计提供理论依据.

Abstract:The injection mold wall thickness of detector shell was designed and calculated. By using finite element analysis software ANSYS, the static stiffness analysis of the mold cavity has been done and the stress graphic and the strain graphic was got, which exhibited the situation of the stress and the strain for various site of the whole machine, and found the weak link of the machine and the stress of concentration sites. The result can provide theories basis on structure optimization of size of mold cavity.
