机载智能泵负载敏感的实现方法

摘    要:飞机在不同的飞行阶段和飞行状态下,由于作用在控制面上的气动负载不同,因而由铰链力矩引起的液压作动筒压力也在变化。军用飞机上采用智能泵源系统以后,根据飞行状态的变化按照设计好的调节规律对智能泵进行控制,使智能泵的输出功率与负载匹配,减少无功损耗,提高液压系统的效率。本文首先详细分析了军用飞机液压系统的特点,然后研究了飞机的舵面气动负载和铰链力矩,据此设计了智能泵的负载敏感方法和输出压力调节规律。

Abstract:On military aircraft, hydraulic pressures of actuators caused by hinge torque vary with aerodynamic force on control surface due to different flight states. By adoption of intelligent hydraulic pump, adjustment the intelligent hydraulic pump according the rule designed on the different flight status to make the output hydraulic power match load, and consequently it reduces power loss and increases system efficiency. Here based on detailed analysis of conventional military aircraft hydraulic systems, aerodynamic force on control surfaces and hinge torques,the load sensing method and adjustment rule for output pressure of intelligent pump are designed.
