氧化锑矿浮选工艺优化试验研究

摘    要:氧化锑矿的高效分选一直是选矿领域的世界性难题,为了提高氧化锑矿的浮选回收效率,进行单矿物试验对氧化锑矿浮选的药剂进行优化,主要开展了捕收剂、活化剂和抑制剂种类条件优化试验。通过优化,实现了氧化锑矿的高效浮选回收,同时减小了氧化锑精矿中铅的含量。试验研究结果表明,采用EF105作为捕收剂,以硝酸铅和硫酸铜的组合作为活化剂,可有效提高氧化锑矿的浮选回收率;以改性水玻璃-302作为脉石抑制剂,可有效抑制脉石的上浮。在单矿物浮选试验基础上,开展了氧化锑实际矿物的浮选试验,在优化的最佳药剂条件下,采用一粗两扫三精的浮选试验流程,获得了锑品位为22.31%,锑回收率为65.43%的锑精矿,与优化前的浮选工艺相比,锑的品位和回收率明显提高。

Study on optimization test of antimony oxide ore flotation process

Abstract:The efficient separation of antimony oxide is still a worldwide problem in the field of mineral processing. In order to improve the flotation recovery rate of antimony oxide ore, the monomineral flotation test was used to optimize the flotation process of antimony oxide. Tests were carried out on optimization of collectors, activators and inhibitors of antimony oxide flotation process. Though optimizing the flotation environment to achieve efficient flotation recovery of antimony oxide ore, while reducing the content of Pb in antimony oxide concentrate. The results show that when EF105 was used as the collector for the flotation of antimony oxide, and the combination of lead nitrate and copper sulfate were used as the activator for the flotation of antimony oxide can effectively improve the antimony oxide ore flotation recovery rate, while the modified water glass-302 was used as the gangue inhibitor, gangue can be inhibited in ore pulp. The flotation tests were carried out on mixture antimony ore of a mine, based on results of monomineral flotation test. Under the optimized conditions, a mixture concentrate with grade of 22.31% was obtained at a recovery of 65.43% by flotation process that one rougher, two scavenging, three cleaning flotation stage. While, antimony oxidized and sulfide ore can be simultaneous recycled by bulk flotation process, and compared with test results of unoptimized flotation process, grade and recovery of concentrate are improved obviously.
