树莓果油抗疲劳作用研究

摘    要:本研究通过游泳小鼠实验研究树莓果油的抗疲劳作用。实验将小鼠随机分为空白对照组和树莓果油低(30 mg/kg)、中(60 mg/kg)和高剂量组(120 mg/kg),连续饲喂树莓果油28 d,测定负重小鼠力竭游泳时间及运动后小鼠的多项生理生化指标。结果显示,与空白对照组相比,树莓果油能显著延长负重小鼠的力竭游泳时间,维持运动后小鼠的血糖、肝糖原和肌糖原浓度,显著增加小鼠血清中乳酸脱氢酶活性的同时降低了乳酸含量并降低小鼠血清中尿素氮含量,减弱肌酸激酶活性。以上结果说明树莓果油能有效提高游泳小鼠的运动耐力和运动适应性,维持小鼠血糖及糖原水平,减少乳酸产生,加快乳酸清除,在游泳小鼠抗疲劳模型中显示出较好的抗疲劳作用。

Anti-fatigue effect of raspberry pulp oil
Abstract:In this study, the anti-fatigue effect of raspberry pulp oil was evaluated using swimming mice experiment. Mice were randomly divided into four groups: the control group, low dose (30 mg/kg), medium dose (60 mg/kg) and high dose (120 mg/kg) groups of raspberry pulp oil. The loaded swimming time and several biochemical parameters of mice were detected after 28 days treatment. The results showed that raspberry pulp oil notably increased the loaded swimming time of mice. The concentrations of blood glucose, liver and muscle glycogen of swimming mice were all remarkably increased after raspberry pulp oil treatment. In addition, after raspberry pulp oil administration, the activity of lactate dehydrogenase in serum was significantly increased, while the levels of blood urea nitrogen and lactic acid and the activity of creatine kinase in serum were marked decreased. The results above indicated that raspberry pulp oil exhibits remarkable anti-fatigue effect, for it can effectively enhance the physical performance and motion fitness, maintain the levels of glucose and glycogen, and reduce the production as well as accelerate the elimination of lactic acid on swimming mice.
