薯蔓黄酮对SD大鼠降血脂作用研究

利用实验性高脂血症大鼠模型观察薯蔓黄酮(FSPV)的降脂作用及对脂肪肝的预防和疗效。以高脂饲料持续饲喂大鼠8w，每2w采血一次，直接测定血清TC，TG，HDL。C含量，并由公式计算HDL-C／TC，LDL-C和AI值；采用石油醚索氏抽提测定肝脏中粗脂肪含量，石蜡切片、光镜观察肝脏组织形态学结构。实验结果表明：FSPV能极显著地降低高脂血症大鼠血清中TG，TC和AI，及升高HDLC／TC；还可极显著地降低肝脏粗脂肪含量，对长期高脂饮食所致脂肪肝也具有显著疗效。

Antilipidemic Effect of Flavonoids Extracted from Sweet Potato Vines

The hypercholesterolemia SD rats were experimented to observe the antilipidemic effect and preventing and curving effects of the fatty liver of FSPV. The experiment was lasted for 8 w. Taking blood every 2 w, and the TC,TG,HDL-C in the serum were assayed by reagent box, HDL-C/TC,LDL-C while AI was got by calculating. The raw fat in liver was assayed by Soxhlet extracting and the liver cells were observed by paraffin- slice observed under optical microscope. The results were as follows. FSPV could decrease TG, TC, AI and the raw fat content in liver and increase HDL-C/TC very remarkably. The fatty liver could be prevented and cured effectively too.
