| 摘 要： | 水事纠纷是一种复杂的社会现象.运用政治学、社会学、法哲学三个视角对水事纠纷的价值进行了重新审视,得出水事纠纷既具有消极功能也具有积极功能,应当树立辩证的纠纷观,全面地、辩证地看待水事纠纷.

| Abstract: | Water disputes are complex social phenomenon. It is found that water disputes play both negative and active roles through re-examination the value of water disputes in the respects of politics, social, science of law and philosophy. Therefore water disputes should be dealt with dialectically and comprehensive attitude. |
